I have resumed my role as NRI Products Manager at ICICI bank where I manage digital channels such as ICICI Banks NRI i-Mobile application, Customer Service Platform (CSP) and am the proud product owner of ICICI Bank's NRI WhatsApp Banking channel. My Role involves conceptualising and executing innovative projects, presenting ideas, and leveraging my engineering background to effectively visualize targets and achieve goals that ensure ultimate customer satisfaction

Being able to contribute to the team by assisting in the design of upright for the ATV and further managing the fabrication and manufacturing of the upright and other components along with the assistance of my superiors and team members provided with the necessary introduction to promote interest in core mechanical engineering.
